This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Chief Growth Strategist. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with our CEO to develop and execute growth strategies that drive revenue expansion and market penetration. Your role will involve:

  1. Partnering with sales teams to maximize revenue through pricing and packaging strategies, demo optimization, and pitch development.
  2. Setting up sales monitoring and revenue planning tools and processes.
  3. Collaborating with customer success teams on upselling and churn management initiatives.
  4. Owning new market expansion and channel development initiatives.
  5. Working closely with the CEO on enterprise deals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in early-stage startups on the business side.
  • A passion for business and sales, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
  • Comfort with startup imperfections and adaptability to make things happen.
