Test Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to leverage their technical expertise in test automation using tools like Playwright.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in test automation and proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, as well as experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright to ensure efficient and accurate testing of applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and develop strategies to achieve high levels of automation coverage.
  • Design and implement test frameworks to support large-scale automation efforts.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues related to test automation and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in test automation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in test automation using tools like Playwright.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for test automation.
  • Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Shadow DOM handling and cross-browser testing.
  • Knowledge of Git or similar version control systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
