Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a ServiceNow Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting workshops and interviews with stakeholders, and collaborating with developers and architects to design solutions.

About the Role
You will work closely with various teams to understand processes and pain points, translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, and create user stories, process maps, test plans, and acceptance criteria. Your expertise in ServiceNow configuration and customization will enable you to support the implementation of IT service management processes.

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow solutions
- Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand processes and pain points
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specs
- Create user stories, process maps, test plans, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with ServiceNow Developers and Architects on solution design
- Support configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc)
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide end-user training and support
- Recommend process improvements for IT service management processes
- Maintain ongoing communication with business teams to report progress and manage expectations
- Contribute to ServiceNow roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Experience with IT service management processes and ServiceNow configuration and customization
