A leading law firm is seeking a highly skilled professional for its General Corporate team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong transactional experience who can independently manage deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute mergers, acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate transactions from start to finish.
  • Independently conduct due diligence and identify key risk areas, ensuring seamless integration of all parties involved.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and investment agreements, showcasing expertise in contract law.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals, fostering a culture of open communication.
  • Provide strategic legal advice on structuring transactions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, staying up-to-date with the latest regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in a top-tier law firm or reputable corporate law practice, with a proven track record of successful deal execution.
  • Hands-on experience in transactional work, with a focus on execution rather than advisory, demonstrating ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and due diligence skills, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and maintaining high levels of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
