Job Profile:

An Associate position is available in our Intellectual Property Solutions department. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with customers to understand their business needs and proposing customized solutions.

  • This role involves secondary research and business insights to advise and support the sales team in the sale of IP services.
  • The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of technology concepts, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with customers (Patent Attorneys/ IP Counsels) to build a comprehensive understanding of customers' business and functional needs.
  2. Through secondary research and business insights, advise and support the sales team in the sale of IP services.
  3. Build close working relations with customers so that you are the 'go-to person for solving their problems.
  4. Collaborate with Sales/ Marketing teams to design and implement targeted Sales/ Marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good skills to understand technology concepts
  • Likes analysis, reading data patterns, and wants to apply analytical skills
  • Smart communication skills, especially written communication, and the ability to understand technology concepts by a lot of reading of technical documents.
