Senior ASP.NET Core MVC Developer Opportunity

This exciting role offers a challenging and dynamic environment for experienced professionals to utilize their skills in modernizing and optimizing Kentico Xperience v13+ applications using ASP.NET Core MVC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rebuild approximately 150+ custom Kentico components in ASP.NET Core MVC to ensure enhanced performance, modern architecture, and seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Create dynamic page templates, robust APIs, efficient event handlers, and customized widgets to support new functionalities, thereby elevating the overall user experience.
  • Migrate content from Kentico 12 to newer versions, ensuring data integrity, minimal downtime, and a seamless transition process.
  • Conduct thorough functional QA testing, identify and resolve issues efficiently to guarantee high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams through regular stand-up meetings, agile ceremonies, and other collaboration channels.
  • Adhere strictly to Kentico best practices and industry standards, contributing to the development of cutting-edge web applications.
Required Qualifications:
  • Kentico Certification: A mandatory requirement is obtaining Kentico Developer Certification.
  • Platform Experience: Demonstrated expertise with Kentico Xperience v13+ and newer versions is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in ASP.NET Core MVC, along with extensive experience in web application development, is crucial.
  • Migration Expertise: Strong background in CMS migration projects, as well as proven experience in custom Kentico module development, is highly valued.
  • Work Arrangement: Ability to operate independently as an independent contractor or vendor, while maintaining effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Availability: Remote work availability, either on a part-time or full-time basis, is a must.
