We are seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead our GSF program, overseeing its operations and ensuring seamless execution. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of data-driven decision making, and the ability to drive process improvements.

About the Role

  • ">
  • Develop and implement loss prevention strategies across GSF business miles, including UFF-FC, LM, 1P Frugal, 3P SSD, 3P Hyper stores, and RDFC sites.">
  • Analyze data streams, identify gap areas, and derive logic to understand loss metrics for different topologies within GSF UFF-FC and LM, 3P SSD, RDFC, and 3P Hyper stores.">
  • Collaborate with UFF FC and LM-Ops, ACES, CRM, and program leadership to understand shipment flow processes and identify gaps in facilities (FC and LM).">
  • Obtain in-depth knowledge of UFF-FC and LM tools, applied scans, and allied processes.">
  • Work towards bridging virtual and physical gaps between UFF-LM, XPT nodes, and MDR returns by connecting with relevant UFF FC and LM-Ops and OI/ACES teams.">
  • Create internal mechanisms for visibility and actionability within INSLP GSF-UFF-FC and LM, 3P SSD, RDFC, and 3P Hyper store teams, including Loss reports, Concession investigation and reports, TT mechanisms, Alerts, and dashboards.">
  • Coordinate efforts with INSLP product/analytics team to outline products specific to GSF and create analytics modules around the current outline, adding process enhancements and visibility for Ops & INSLP RT's.">
  • Formulate policies and adopt process path guardrails by injecting different consequence management charters within A.in sites, ensuring any deviations from processes are addressed under regulations.">
  • Investigate previous M.O's and emerging online and offline trends, working closely with investigations team and defining mitigation measures to control or curb them.">
  • Carry out periodic Risk assessments for individual business miles of GSF, working closely with INSLP CRR team to formulate mitigation measures and ensure proactive implementation.">
  • RDFC Hub (A.in, 3P, and LPC) - Collaborate with Ops stakeholders and INSLP regional teams to understand processes, identify problem areas, process gaps, and subsequently work out bridging mechanisms and audits.">
  • Innovation and continuous process improvement is a key area of focus as a PM to simplify problem statements with frugal yet effective ideation, assertion, persuasion, and deliverance of solutions.">
  • Conduct regular business connects through 1:1's and team connects with mile-wise Ops stakeholders, share SLP updates, and seek support to mitigate blockers, understand business expectations, and derive solution-based strategies to provide swift and efficient SLP program solutions.">
  • Publish periodic reports and newsletters to rightly project achievements of INSLP, lessons learned, and way forward.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.">
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.">
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.">
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.">
  • MBA in Business, Operations, Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field.">

Salary Range: ₹25 lakhs - ₹40 lakhs per annum (depending on experience), plus benefits and incentives.
