Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creative Direction

  • Create innovative visual solutions for campaigns
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of design strategies

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

  • Design and edit captivating content tailored for digital platforms
  • Collaborate with the video editing team to enhance campaigns

Collaboration & Feedback

  • Provide design feedback to junior designers and interns
  • Mentor and guide team members when required

Execution & Delivery

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously
  • Deliver creative assets within timelines

What You'll Bring:

Creative Mindset:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
  • Working knowledge of motion graphics and animation software

Business Acumen:

  • Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
