Inventory Management Professional

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end operations related to Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), and Purchase Orders (PO) within the SAP environment.

  • Process GRNs in SAP for received goods and materials, ensuring accurate entries and coordination with stores and procurement teams.
  • Execute GI transactions in SAP, maintaining correct material movement type usage and accurate stock ledgers.
  • Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP based on departmental requirements, coordinating with user departments for validation.
  • Monitor open POs and follow up for order closures or changes, ensuring timely delivery from suppliers and procurement teams.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficient in SAP MM module with knowledge of GRN, GI, and PO processes.
  • Strong understanding of inventory and material movements with attention to detail and high level of data accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with familiarity with procurement or storekeeping procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP certification in MM (optional but preferred).
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics sector with understanding of inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
