Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior/Supervisor to join our team in Hyderabad, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of tax professionals and ensuring timely delivery of quality work products.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of US tax laws, specifically 1040 HNI/HNW, foreign tax credits, and foreign financial reporting.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing a team of tax professionals
  • Conducting tax research independently
  • Initiating tasks proactively
  • Scheduling, budgeting, and staffing jobs appropriately
  • Training staff members
  • Supervising staff progress
  • Meeting agreed-upon delivery dates

The requirements for this role are:

  • 3-9 years of experience in tax
  • Expertise in US Tax 1040HNI
  • Knowledge of CCh Axcess Tax, Caseware (an added advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
