Job Title: Admin & Accounts Executive

We are seeking an experienced Admin & Accounts Executive to join our team at DCS Group.

This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and tax records.
  • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assist in financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate purchasing as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Support the team in preparing and filing Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing or invoicing issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Admin & Accounts Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of office administration and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and experience in GST filing.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
