Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted outreach to customers to pitch and sell banking products and services.
  • Listen actively to customer needs and provide tailored information on products that meet their requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through relentless effort and dedication.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all banking products and services offered.
  • Accurately document all sales activities, customer interactions, and call outcomes in our system.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities and achieve business growth.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience in sales or telecalling, preferably within a voice process.
  • A strong understanding of the banking or financial services industry is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive attitude are essential.
  • The ability to handle rejection and remain motivated is critical to success.
  • Goal-oriented individuals with a proven track record of meeting sales targets are highly valued.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software is necessary.
