Senior Meta Ads Manager Role

Job Description:

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Meta Ads Manager to independently manage international client accounts, design winning ad strategies, and drive measurable growth.

At our company, we help businesses scale through data-driven advertising. Our ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and confident in handling high-performing campaigns—while directly engaging with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and executing end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad strategies with a focus on ROI.
  • Independently managing international client accounts, ensuring strong communication and consistent results.
  • Oversight of ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and making data-backed adjustments.
  • Allocating ad spend strategically to maximize returns.
  • Tracking KPIs, extracting insights, and optimizing campaigns for conversions and growth.
  • Continuously testing creatives, audiences, and funnels to refine performance.
  • Delivering clear, actionable reports that demonstrate value and strategy alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The following qualifications are essential for this role:

  • 5+ years of proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) at scale.
  • Strong background managing international clients (experience with Australian market preferred).
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently with clients, from strategy to execution.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Certifications such as Meta Blueprint are a plus.
