Job Title: Marketing and Events Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Events Manager to join our team at GoKhana. As a Marketing and Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing events and marketing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.



Key Responsibilities



  • Identify and execute marketing and events strategies that align with the company's business objectives.



  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and conducting regular forecasting to anticipate and adjust for future needs.



  • Build long-term, value-based client relationships through successful planning and execution of events.



  • Maintain relationships with existing vendors and agencies, emphasizing culinary innovation and quality.



  • Coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, setup, staffing, inventory management, and logistics.



  • Develop and implement event feedback surveys to aid in continuous improvements.





Requirements



  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.



  • Proven experience in marketing and events management, preferably in the food industry.



  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



  • Flexibility to work as per the business requirement.
