Role Overview
We seek a skilled Fashion Designer to support our design team in developing men's apparel. The role involves sketching, fabric research, and material sourcing, focusing on kurtas, shirts, t-shirts, and bottoms. You will work closely with the design team to translate creative direction into production-ready designs and assist in sample development and vendor coordination.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop sketches and design concepts for men's apparel
- Research and source fabrics, textiles, and materials for kurtas, shirts, and bottoms
- Collaborate with the design team to create production-ready designs
- Assist in sample development and vendor coordination
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in fashion design (men's apparel preferred)
- Strong sketching and design development skills
- Familiarity with garment construction techniques and finishing standards
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field preferred, but a strong portfolio and relevant work experience will be prioritized
