Visual Designer Role

We are seeking an exceptional Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing digital experiences and a keen eye for detail.

The role involves creating high-quality visual designs that meet business objectives, managing digital asset production, and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple regions and LOBs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and optimizing key art assets, layouts, and visuals that support business objectives
  • Managing and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Executing mock-ups, creative decks, and localization adaptations following brand guidelines
  • Delivering digital assets across multiple platforms while ensuring proper file organization and version control

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as a designer in a creative agency or similar production environment
  • Currently studying Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field, or an equally strong and relevant portfolio of work
  • English proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken)
  • 3 years of working with Adobe Creative Suite tools and Figma
  • Experience in data asset management, libraries, or digital collections, with the ability to research high-quality assets for production
