
Executive Assistant

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate - Growth & Partnerships. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about driving revenue growth, supporting partnerships, and managing GTM workflows.
In this position, you will work closely with our founders to execute growth campaigns, identify potential ecosystem partners, and develop strategic collaborations. You will also be responsible for tracking pipeline progress, preparing dashboards, and providing insights into market analysis.
Your primary focus will be on executing key deliverables, such as growth initiatives, partnership proposals, and operational support for the growth team. You will also assist in event/project exposure, coordination of founder calendars, and ensuring real-time visibility on all live growth projects.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong logical reasoning skills, documentation ability, and execution ownership. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Notion, and CRM tools is essential. A high-energy, urgency-driven mindset, coupled with the ability to multitask across sales, partnerships, and GTM workflows, is critical.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 institute
- 0–1 year of work experience (internship or project exposure in consulting, startups, sales, or partnerships is a plus)
- Strong logical reasoning, documentation ability, and execution ownership
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Notion, and CRM tools
- High energy, urgency, and ability to multitask across sales, partnerships, and GTM workflows
