About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager to join WIZE ENTERPRISES. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and maintaining a high level of organization and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and services to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide training and support to team members as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and office activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager.
  • Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers).
  • Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management, and basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written).
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • High School diploma; additional certification is a plus.
