Senior Front Office Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager to join WIZE ENTERPRISES. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and maintaining a high level of organization and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and services to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Provide training and support to team members as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and office activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager.
- Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers).
- Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management, and basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- High School diploma; additional certification is a plus.
