Drive In-Depth Testing Architecture

As a Software Design Engineer in Test, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced testing architectures for complex systems on chips (SoCs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure the highest quality of products.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy testing tools and frameworks.\
  • Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using Python, Perl, and TCL.\
  • Work closely with engineers to identify and resolve testing issues.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing methodologies.\
  • Contribute to the development of testing standards and best practices within the organization.\
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers to enhance their testing skills.\
  • Participate in the evaluation and deployment of new testing tools and technologies.\
  • Support the testing team in achieving its goals and objectives.\
  • Strong expertise in testing methodologies, including scan insertion & verification, ATPG, MBIST, JTAG / boundary scan, and hands-on experience with industry-standard testing tools.\
  • Proven ability to develop and debug scripting solutions using Python, Perl, and TCL.\
  • Solid understanding of SoC design cycle, RTL to GDSII flow, and test requirements.\
  • Experience collaborating with RTL designers, verification engineers, and physical design teams.\
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.\
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.\
  • Desire to continuously improve testing methodologies and contribute to the growth of the organization.\
  • Ability to provide feedback and guidance to junior engineers.\
  • Basic knowledge of EDA tools and software.\
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.\
