Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive development products that delight customers while maintaining healthy code base through continuous refactoring and debt management.
  • Champion culture that fosters agility, DevOps, and TDD/BDD practices ensuring seamless development environment.
  • Stay at forefront of technology trends evaluating introducing new tools and strategies to team.
  • Provide coaching leadership software best practices automated test strategies work towards reducing cost of change for software products and services.
  • Prioritize exceptional user experiences collaborate product management sales operations other departments.
  • Lead technical teams conceptualize build deploy products fast-paced agile environment.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years combined software development management experience multiple languages frameworks or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years hands-on software development equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years managing software organizations over 25 people or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated track record building leading 25+ size global engineering teams India collaborating teams US global locations.
  • Demonstrated track record innovating v1 products driving from ideation usage millions users startup-like environment.
  • Experience managing direct reports people managers plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience full stack SaaS development prior experience Enterprise SaaS companies.
  • Experience building integration platform infrastructure seamlessly integrate 1st 3rd party applications.
  • Knowledge experience high-scale highly available systems.
  • Demonstrated track record change agent leaving every team process better found it.
