Service Delivery Head role available for a leading Finance and Accounting Outsourcing Service Provider based in Ahmedabad.

This position requires an experienced professional with expertise in accounting software used in the USA such as SAP, NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero. Additionally, proficiency in payroll software like ADP, Gusto, QuickBooks, Paychex, and Trinet is necessary.

Experience with third-party applications integrating with accounting software like Bill.com, Expensify, and SAP Concur is also essential.

Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and General Accepted Accounting Principles is required. The ideal candidate should have experience with accounting software implementations and migrations.

Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis skills are necessary. Time and Project Management tools experience is beneficial.

Excellent English communication skills and leadership qualities are necessary to manage clients and teams effectively.

A strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to identify potential team leaders are essential for this role.

Job requires working on night shifts from 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM.

Graduation in Chartered Accountant (ICAI) or CPA (USA) is mandatory.
