Network Development Leader

The Cloud Infrastructure team provides a unique opportunity to build and operate a vast array of cloud services in a distributed environment.

We seek experienced engineers with expertise and passion to solve complex problems in network infrastructure and virtualized systems.

  • Deploy and scale network designs using our tools to meet the growing demands of OCI infrastructure.
  • Partner with teams to support region expansions, capacity increases, and site decommissioning.

This leader will have experience in direct leadership, strategy formulation, and process improvement for engineering functions, service delivery, and operations.

The biggest challenges for the team are scaling business growth to meet capacity and network demands of large-scale customers, multi-cloud expansions, and existing customer growth.

You should provide leadership, direction, and strategy to the team, establish and develop the team to meet strategy objectives, work with geographically distributed teams, and contribute to team success and related teams.
