A leading organization in the battery sector is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join its team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing IT solutions that drive warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring seamless integration between material handling systems, production supply chains, and enterprise applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Management System Configuration:
    • Configure Dassault Delmia Apriso MOM WMS for battery manufacturing workflows.
    • Be proactively involved in the WMS solution design, development, implementation, support, and maintenance.
    • Ensure the WMS is configured to represent all warehouse and logistics workflows.
    • Collaborate with IT solution architects as a team to translate business requirements into WMS capabilities.
    • Play a fundamental role to enhance WMS and logistics-driven operations.
  • System Integration:
    • Ensure seamless integration of WMS with interfacing to OT systems (SCADA, WCS, Automation, IoT).
    • Enable WMS connectivity with IT systems (ERP, MES, ASRS, WCS) for real-time data flow.
  • Project Management:
    • Ensuring timely delivery and milestone adherence of Manufacturing projects.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Provide technical expertise in development, testing, and cross-functional team engagement.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve WMS-related issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Documentation:
    • Update and maintain comprehensive functional and technical design documentation.
    • Document data workflows between manufacturing systems and enterprise applications.
  • Training and Support:
    • Conduct training sessions and lead workshops for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Support WMS system users to ensure smooth operations and optimal system utilization.
