Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead strategic research and advisory initiatives that inform and accelerate the growth of digital payments platforms.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in banking, finance, or consulting advisory services, preferably in digital payments. A postgraduate degree in business management from a reputable institution is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on policy development, product strategy, and implementation for digital payment platforms.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor benchmarks to advise on new initiatives.
  • Represent the organization in high-level discussions, committees, and working groups.
  • Lead, develop, and implement various research and advisory services across different business segments, markets, etc., by analyzing market trends, preparing strategic reports while working closely with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate coordination between internal teams and external partners for seamless integration and rollout.
  • Supervise and review ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination for successful implementation of new systems or upgrades.
  • Contribute to policy creation and updates to align with regulatory norms and global best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in the digital payments domain.
  • Promote innovation within the organization by evaluating new technologies and their applicability.
  • Prepare strategic reports, policy notes, and board-level presentations.
  • Communicate insights, risks, and progress clearly to senior leadership and external partners.
