Expert Valuer

Deliver high-quality valuation services for client portfolio investments by providing financial models, valuation memos and presentations. Collaborate closely with senior investment professionals to ensure informed and timely investment decisions.

• Perform in-depth valuations on a range of (illiquid) investments across various industries.
• Develop and update complex financial models, detailed reports and presentations.
• Independently source relevant data to support valuations and models.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with clients to address queries.
• Prioritize and execute multiple assignments, including ad-hoc projects, under tight deadlines.
• Maintain high-quality standards and adhere to industry best practices.

• Proven experience in valuation and financial modelling, including discounted cash flows and market multiples.
• Familiarity with US/European primary and secondary markets.
• Strong excel skills, including advanced modelling and analytical techniques.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of third-party databases such as Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters.
• Hands-on experience with VBA macros.
• Specialized knowledge of sectors such as Real Estate, Shipping, Aircraft and Oil & Gas.

• Postgraduate degree in finance or equivalent from a reputable institution.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics and CFA Level II certification.
