Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to drive data-driven decision-making across business functions. As a Data Analyst, you will collect, clean, and transform structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Extracting, aggregating, and analyzing large volumes of data using complex SQL queries.
  • Developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and KPIs.
  • Supporting data validation, quality checks, and governance practices.
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SQL (query optimization, joins, CTEs, window functions).
  • Knowledge/Experience in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn for analysis & visualization).
  • Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and analytical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Exposure to ETL processes and data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of statistics and basic machine learning concepts.
