Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Business Director to join our team at ScaleneWorks. As a Medical Business Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to grow our sales and achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business plans to grow sales and achieve strategic objectives
• Visit assigned healthcare professionals and pharmacy stores on a daily basis
• Scan the environment to understand and establish channels for increasing access to products
• Position brands using strategic inputs and promotional activities
• Forecast and manage inventory at the distributor level
• Follow company guidelines and SOPs for all internal and external business activities
