Frontend Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Development Lead to join our team and spearhead the development of innovative web applications.

As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing scalable and maintainable UI features
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and functional features
  • Contributing to full-stack development when needed

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers, establishing coding standards, and driving engineering excellence through design discussions and architecture reviews.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in frontend development with expertise in React, Vue, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Proficient in component-based architecture, UI/UX best practices, and scalable CSS
  • Deep experience integrating frontend with REST and GraphQL APIs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Full stack experience with Node.js, Express, or serverless backend environments
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with design tools and implementing pixel-perfect UIs

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
  • Leadership mindset with ownership of delivery and quality
  • Ability to mentor, inspire, and uplift other developers
Technical Requirements

We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in software engineering principles, including SOLID and DRY. You should have hands-on experience with modern frontend tooling such as Vite, Webpack, Babel, ESLint, and Prettier.

Additionally, you should be familiar with routing, authentication flows, lazy loading, and code splitting.
