Lead Interior Designer

The role of a Lead Interior Designer involves developing innovative and client-centric interior solutions. You will be responsible for translating client conversations into inspiring designs and managing the overall project lifecycle from conception to completion.

You will collaborate with clients to assess their needs and incorporate their feedback, while staying updated on the latest design trends and best practices. Your expertise will drive the creation of visually appealing and functional spaces that meet the expectations of discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Experience: Take ownership of the client experience throughout the project, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication.
  • Design Quality: Lead and ensure the accuracy and quality of all design deliverables.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a proven track record of leading and delivering at least 5-6 residential projects.
  • Skills and Expertise:
  • Proficiency in design tools, including PowerPoint and AutoCAD.
  • Expertise in:
  • Conceptual Design: Layout planning, style development, and mood boards.
  • Technical Design: Material knowledge, execution strategies, and drawing preparation.
  • Modular Design: Understanding of materials, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning.
  • Civil Works & Services: Specifications and installation details.

  • Crisp and effective communication skills.
