Senior Management Role

The newly formed Global Business Technology team is at the forefront of all major growth and strategic initiatives.

We seek a top talent to staff the team.

This leader will be responsible for architecting and leading the design and development of systems for future scalability, growth, and standardization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deep knowledge of features and capabilities; develop innovative solutions using out-of-the-box functionality.
  • Develop strong relationships with product lines and teams to identify and promote features in the core product.
  • Establish and foster strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
  • Create fit-gap matrixes and process alignments documentation.
  • Develop and design requirements for systems in consultation with internal departments and subsidiaries.
  • Formulate technical requirements and concepts for further development.
  • Coordinate and control internal departments and external service providers.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience delivering technical architectures and implementation services for systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Mulesoft, Salesloft.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and keep pace with business offerings and market-driven initiatives.
  • Strong skills in requirements, design, documentation, verbal communication, and facilitation.
  • Good experience with requirements, dev, and PM tools.
  • Good understanding of overall Software Development/Implementation Lifecycle processes, tools, and technologies.
