Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned VMware professional to join our team as a systems administrator.

  • Key responsibilities include ensuring optimal performance and uptime of converged infrastructure.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be able to analyze storage, RecoverPoint, UCS, and vCentre monitoring results to recommend improvements to performance, security, and utilization.

Essential Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Maximize efficiency and scalability of SAN infrastructure and converged platforms.
  • Collaborate with the L2 Team to resolve escalated issues and client concerns in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement plans for infrastructure modifications or additional equipment to enhance system capacities.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain high levels of system uptime and performance.
  • Coordinate with OEMs to replace hardware, advance troubleshoot, or perform code upgrades.
