We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Automobile Service Technician.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction
- Provide excellent customer service and greet customers with politeness, courtesy, and professionalism.
- Verify service requests made by customers and capture VOC (Voice of Customer) information.
- Engage in effective communication for telephonic and face-to-face discussions.
- Keep customers informed about repair updates.
- Diagnostic Capabilities
- Analyze and diagnose vehicles to identify the number and type of repairs required.
- Update diagnosis reports in the Workshop Management System (WMS).
- Perform repairs and final inspections on vehicles if desired repairs are met.
- System Operations
- Track customer complaints in Zendesk and update the system in real-time.
- Operate the Workshop Management System (Getafix) efficiently.
- Update operational status and ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) on a timely basis in both CRM and WMS systems.
- Monitor scooter health in Telematics Command Centre for deep diagnosis.
- Technical Repair Expertise
- Develop extensive knowledge on OLA Scooter.
- Be able to repair/replace all parts of the scooter.
- Stay updated on OLA technical curricula, news bulletins on EV (Electric Vehicle).
- Process and Operational Efficiency
- Adhere to established processes and ensure bays are clearly marked for Vehicles/Scooters.
- Invoicing and payment collection procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Inventory Management
- Audit inventory and ensure physical and system inventories match.
- Perform GRN (Goods Received Note) and manage inventory at Experience Centre.
- Coordinate warranty part reverse logistics to the Mother workshop.
- Safety and Compliance
- Wear uniform and protective gear while repairing scooters.
- Use protective gear and handle tool kits properly while repairing scooters.
- Ensure fire-fighting equipment are in place and easily accessible.
