AI Innovation Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI innovation specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and experience with modern AI technologies and frameworks.

  • Designing and executing machine learning experiments to evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks is essential for this role.
  • Developing end-to-end AI solutions that inform product and platform strategy is crucial.
  • Formulating hypotheses and conducting structured evaluations to compare technical approaches is also vital.
  • Applying modern ML engineering practices to build and test scalable, modular proof-of-concept systems is necessary.

The successful candidate will contribute to the definition of best practices for experimentation, evaluation, and technical decision-making. They will also be responsible for synthesizing and communicating experimental results to guide investment and adoption decisions.

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information technology, statistics, economics, or a related STEM field is required. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience building machine learning-powered applications or tooling.

Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern ML/AI libraries such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, and OpenAI SDKs are essential. Experience working with LLM orchestration or agent frameworks is highly desirable. Knowledge of model tuning, prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns is also beneficial.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing and deploying applications in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. They should also have proficiency with version control systems, CI/CD practices, and ML observability tools.
