As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and security of our HCM system. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in Identity and Access Management tools, identity governance, and user access lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate user access within the Oracle HCM system and associated security documentation.
  • Develop custom roles that support HCM application functionality and HR business processes.
  • Monitor, resolve, and respond to access-related inquiries and requests concerning the Oracle HCM system.
  • Collaborate with managers and peers to successfully implement Oracle HCM system security configuration, upgrades, and implementations.
  • Establish yourself as a domain expert for HCM system access and configuration, working closely with Oracle on feature enablement, problem resolution, and quarterly improvements.
  • Promote collaboration with CEG teams and other partners to enhance security processes and identify strategic roadmaps for Oracle HCM products.
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience leading security management for enterprise-scale SaaS applications.
  • A thorough understanding of Identity and Access Management tools, identity governance, and user access lifecycle management.
