About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to drive the efforts of a dynamic team of engineers responsible for developing and operating enterprise-grade platforms leveraging Java and Python.

The ideal candidate will possess deep architectural expertise, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to steer the team towards engineering excellence and high-quality delivery.

The role requires strong technical leadership with experience in managing multiple production deployment cycles, a deep understanding of operating critical production systems, and a focus on ensuring scalability, reliability, and operational resilience across the platform.

Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled developers building services/platform in Java, Python, and related technology stacks is a must.
