Senior E-commerce Manager Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior E-commerce Manager to lead our online business and drive growth through strategic planning, process optimization, and team collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing e-commerce platforms, inventory management, pricing strategies, sales optimization, and customer service. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for this role.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance brand presence.
  • E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless integration with logistics and marketing teams.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock levels, manage inventory turnover, and prevent overstocking or understocking.
  • Pricing Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue.
  • Sales Optimization: Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer experience through data-driven insights.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer support, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and D2C channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, e-commerce analytics, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems, order management, and shipping processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
