Job Title: Team Leader

Job Summary:

  • Leading a team in Hyderabad, we are hiring for a Team Leader/Assistant Manager position.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a Team Leader in an international BPO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day supervision of a group of employees including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements.
  • Regular coaching to team members to enable consistent high-performance delivery monthly.
  • Identify performance-related issues, develop action plans for improvement, and implement corrective action.

Requirements:

  • Hiring For Team Leader/Assistant Manager. Require min 1Year as Team Leader Experience in International BPO.
  • Looking for Candidates from BPO ONLY.
  • Strong in Operations Matrices like Attrition, Shrinkage, CSAT, NPS, SLA.
  • Must have Excellent Communication Skills.
