Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team as a Senior Network Security Engineer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Palo Alto firewalls, including deployment and management of 5450, 460, and VM-Series appliances.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and manage high-availability environments for Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Administer and maintain centralized policy management systems, such as Palo Alto Panorama, for device configuration, reporting, and threat intelligence correlation.
  • Implement and manage secure remote access solutions, including zero-trust network access (ZTNA) and endpoint protection using GlobalProtect.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and associated products.
  • Proven experience with centralized management systems, such as Palo Alto Panorama.
  • In-depth knowledge of secure remote access solutions, including GlobalProtect.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Extensive experience working with Palo Alto firewalls and associated products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mastery of Palo Alto firewall security features, including URL filtering, anti-spyware, application control, content filtering, and SSL/TLS decryption.
  • Experience with incident response, threat hunting, and integration with tools like Splunk, Sentinel, CrowdStrike, and FireEye.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and others.
