Sales Ambassador

Key Responsibilities:

• Motivate customers to visit stores frequently by driving relationships through various communication channels.">
• Lead clients through their shopping experience, guiding them to suitable products and services that meet their needs and desires, and close sales with billing.">
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after sales by following up, following through, and fulfilling commitments to maintain strong work relationships.">
• Meet appointment levels and contribute to sales through suggestive selling and upselling using expertise and in-depth knowledge of customers and offerings.">
• Increase item per ticket and average bill value.">
• Educate non-members about membership programs and encourage FC enrollments.">

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent.">
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.">

Salary:

Up to $300,000 per annum.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate customers to visit stores frequently and increase sales revenue.
