As a Media Production Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging video content to support academic initiatives and institutional promotions. This includes capturing and editing faculty lecture videos for online learning platforms, providing videography and photography support during campus events, and collaborating with the Media & Communication team on creative campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent), strong skills in video shooting, editing, and post-production for multiple formats, and working knowledge of photography techniques and audio/video equipment. A basic knowledge of graphic design tools is also an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and edit faculty lecture videos for online learning platforms.
- Provide videography and photography support during campus events, seminars, and student activities.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media and institutional promotions.
- Maintain an organized video and photo archive for easy access and reuse.
- Collaborate with the Media & Communication team on creative campaigns and branding initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality media content under tight deadlines.
Experience in media production, video editing, or digital content creation. Proficiency in video editing software and strong skills in video shooting, editing, and post-production for multiple formats.
Working knowledge of photography techniques and audio/video equipment. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Media, Communication, Film Studies, or a related field.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in an educational institution or related field is preferred.
