We are seeking a highly skilled technician to translate AI-generated clothing visuals into production-ready garment specifications.

• Interpret fashion designs into detailed tech packs with accurate measurements and construction guidelines.
• Develop specification sheets covering sizing, fabric type, seam construction, trims, and finishing techniques.
• Closely collaborate with pattern makers, production, and design teams to ensure feasibility and manufacturability.
• Establish quality control checkpoints across sampling and production stages.

• 5+ years of experience in garment technology or production development.
• Strong technical expertise in fit, finishing, and fabric behavior.
• Prior experience working with Western wear or made-to-measure garments is essential.
• Proficiency in creating spec packs, sample reviews, and garment construction assessments.

• Knowledge of luxury fabrics, including types and behavior.
• Understanding of garment construction techniques, including seams, trims, and finishes.
• Experience with spec pack creation, including measurements and construction guidelines.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.
