Tandoor Master

We are seeking a highly skilled Tandoor Chef to join our team at Arambagh Hotel and Resorts Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for cooking tandoori dishes on the menu, managing operations, and training junior staff.

• Cooking and Menu Management: Prepare and cook tandoori dishes according to recipes and menu requirements.
• Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of tandoori dishes, including food preparation, presentation, and serving.
• Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, including assistance tandoori chefs, to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all tandoori dishes meet the highest quality standards, and make adjustments as needed.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.

• Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of tandoori cooking techniques and recipes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
