About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work on SailPoint deployment activities, including connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, and third-party system integration.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in all SailPoint deployment activities.
  • Experience in User Provisioning, Access Certifications, Access Request, Workflow, Delegated Administration, and Password Self-Service in SailPoint Identity.
  • Hands-on with aggregation, workflows, tasks, forms, rules, and roles.
  • Administration of LCM workflows for On-boarding, Transfer, Off-boarding, and Emergency Termination process.
  • Executing day-to-day application maintenance, monitoring, processing, and user support for multiple SailPoint related activities.
  • Leading process compliance activities by identifying and driving initiatives that are relevant for the project delivery and help factor reusability and related benefits.
  • Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
  • Providing use cases and business processes for support groups on role, entitlement, provisioning.
  • Establishing standards, designs, and implementation of appropriate identity and access management processes and controls, which help improve operations and lower risk.
  • Implementation and configuration of connectors between Identity and in-scope applications.
  • Implemented Access Certification, Automated Provisioning, and Governance aspects of IIQ.
  • Developing complex workflows and service adapters in the SailPoint Identity IQ configuration interface.
  • Managing client requirements and configuring SailPoint connectors.
  • Responsible for managing Administration functionality of the SailPoint such as loading data, create roles, create policies, scheduling tasks, and certifications, and reports.
  • Improving Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities by controlling access to various systems and applications.
  • Working with clients post-implementation for user testing, debugging, support, and maintenance.
  • Strong development experience in implementing LCM events workflows, rules, and custom reports.
  • Experience in preparing product documentation, test cases, test plans, and support processes.
  • Effectively managing escalations to resolution.
  • Identifying efforts to improve and simplify end-user experience by reducing the volume of tickets, reducing touchpoints, improving accountability, and driving the usage of self-service tools.
  • Investigating root cause for identified problems and recommending solutions.
  • Developing and implementing solutions for defects and collaborating with IAM engineering teams when necessary.
  • Experience with Vulnerability mitigation and patch management.
  • Defining requirements for and/or developing automated monitoring and alerting solutions to drive performance and availability.
  • Being aware of system-wide changes and application deployments that might impact application availability for users.
  • Driving a higher level of customer satisfaction by improving support team quality, knowledge, and training.
  • Partnering with other regional teams and services owners to share and promote best practices and lessons learned.
  • Driving customer communication during critical events and leading retrospective meetings.
  • Driving root cause investigation and implementing any learnings or improvement opportunities.
  • Assisting and owning the preparation of end-user support documentation and knowledge.
  • Proactively planning for upcoming changes.
  • Informing and training all support teams on new or changed processes/services and driving operational process rigor.
  • Partnering with TR technology teams and Business Unit stakeholders to ensure a holistic technical approach across technologies.
  • Supporting engineering initiatives related to our domain consolidation and migration programs.
  • Strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management disciplines.
