The successful candidate should have excellent project management skills, including coordination, scheduling, and monitoring of various projects from start to finish.
We require a senior project leader with extensive experience in site management, contractors' management, manpower planning, erection planning, and people management at cement units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall Civil Project Constructions starting from Crusher to Packing and Urban Infrastructure.
- Develop and implement project strategies to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
- Prepare detailed project schedules and track progress, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project specifications and requirements.
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses from regulatory authorities.
- Manage resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Supervise the work of contractors and staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Evaluate project progress and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and protocols.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
- BOQ Preparation & Bill Checking and Certification.
- Work with AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera, MS Projects, and SAP.
