GCP Data Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced GCP Data Engineer with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable data engineering solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and Big Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize complex data pipelines using BigQuery, Dataflow, DataProc, and Cloud Composer to drive business growth.
  • Develop and deploy Big Data Analytics solutions leveraging Hadoop, Hive, and Spark on GCP to extract insights from large datasets.
  • Design and write efficient SQL, PySpark, and Python scripts for large-scale data processing and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate orchestration and messaging tools like Airflow, Kafka, Git, Jenkins into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Apply Agile methodologies in project delivery to ensure timely completion and leverage data visualization tools (Tableau / MicroStrategy) for business insights.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Detailed knowledge of GCP Data Engineering (BigQuery, Dataflow, DataProc, PySpark, Python, Cloud Composer).
  • Proficiency with Tableau or MicroStrategy (MSTR) for reporting and dashboards.
  • Strong foundation in data modeling, optimization, and pipeline orchestration.
