Dynatrace Performance Monitoring Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Performance Monitoring Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the monitoring team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability and performance of our applications and services.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and manage our application performance monitoring (APM) solution. You will be responsible for installing and configuring APM tools, including agent deployment, instrumentation, and integration with various application stacks. Additionally, you will conduct performance analysis and troubleshooting of applications to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
You will develop custom dashboards, reports, and alerts to monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Your expertise in troubleshooting performance issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing performance optimization strategies will be invaluable in driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and manage application performance monitoring (APM) solution
- Install and configure APM tools, including agent deployment, instrumentation, and integration with various application stacks
- Conduct performance analysis and troubleshooting of applications to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
- Develop custom dashboards, reports, and alerts to monitor and track KPIs
- Troubleshoot performance issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement performance optimization strategies
- Strong experience in implementing and managing APM solutions
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing APM tools to monitor various application stacks
- Solid understanding of application performance metrics, tracing, and profiling techniques
- Experience in configuring end-user monitoring (synthetic/real user monitoring)
- Expertise in troubleshooting performance issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing performance optimization strategies
