Oracle Identity and Access Management Administrator

As a member of the Oracle Support organization, your focus is to deliver high-quality post-sales support and solutions to our global customer base while serving as an advocate for their needs. This involves resolving complex technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as providing expert advice and assistance on diverse situations and escalated issues.

Job Responsibilities
  • Install, upgrade, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Oracle Identity and Access Management on UNIX/Linux environments.
  • Demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Identity Manager, and Oracle Unified Directory/Oracle Internet Directory on Unix/Windows systems.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions (WI) to perform pre- and post-production support activities.
  • Analyze and resolve problems with IDM in production environments, ensuring efficient use of IDM suites and recommending necessary changes.
  • Understand enterprise directory architecture and design, including directory schema, namespace, and replication topology experience.
  • Preferred experience in Role-Based Access Control, User Reconciliation, Web Single Sign-on, Federated Identity, Connectors, JDBC, API, Web Services, JNDI, Java development for OIM Adaptor configuration, and knowledge of federated identity and web services security concepts like SAML, WS-Federation, and WS-Security.
  • Perform system backup, security, restart, and recovery tasks, balancing and controls; recommend approaches for meeting these needs.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle Identity and Access Management administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle's core products, applications, and tools is essential.
  • Oracle WebLogic/SOA/OCI Certification is preferred.
  • Candidates with Docker, Kubernetes, and Containers skills are at an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage escalated technical situations and develop action plans.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
