Job Summary

A FinancialForce PSA Consultant position is available for a remote contract engagement.

This role involves implementing, configuring, and customizing Certinia PSA to meet business needs, as well as designing and optimizing workflows to automate PSA processes and enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience with project management, resource management, and billing workflows in PSA. Additionally, they should possess expertise in workflow automation within the Certinia ecosystem and knowledge of Salesforce platform basics.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and customize Certinia PSA to align with business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and optimize workflows to automate PSA processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Integrate Certinia PSA with other enterprise applications and systems.
  • Provide end-user training, create documentation, and deliver ongoing system support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within the PSA platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA modules is essential. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of project management, resource management, and billing workflows in PSA, as well as proven expertise in workflow automation within the Certinia ecosystem.
