We seek a talented senior interior designer to lead our team in delivering exceptional design solutions.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of aesthetics, spatial planning expertise, and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end interior projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive design plans for residential and commercial clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, present design concepts, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Review and approve detailed drawings, material specifications, mood boards, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Mentor junior designers, reviewing their work and providing guidance for growth.
  • Oversee project timelines, quality control, and deliverables to ensure excellence.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 6-10 years of experience in interior design, with proven track records of successful project completion.
  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and versatility.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and lead teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with a passion for creating functional yet beautiful spaces.
