Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
• Design Development: Create and present comprehensive design concepts that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D and 2D design.
• Skill Set: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite), excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong attention to detail.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
